Plan, process and bill for customer training sessions in a special ERP system
In addition to hardware and software and services related to them, many IT companies also offer seminars, often in their own training centers. Those who run such training sessions want to have the most efficient way to plan them, manage the necessary resources and bill for them at the end.
The advantage of the Seminar Module is that almost all data on seminar management is already there, because it is integrated into our ERP system SITE. You can do everything in one system, from inviting participants and scheduling speakers and facilities to sending invoices.
The screenshot on the left (click to enlarge) shows how you can easily obtain customer data for invitations in the system and at the same time schedule the necessary resources using the Seminar Requirements button.
The seminar can then be billed for at a keystroke—either from the event (with any number of attendees billed), or as part of a more extensive order. In the latter case you can gather items, services and training sessions together within a sales order.
You can also enter hours worked and all expenses in Seminar Management. A separate “Seminar” dimension for each event provides a wide range of options for analysis, such as the expenses, proceeds, and profit margin of a training event.
