Shaping the customer journey actively and profitably

How can the complex processes in an area like marketing and sales be made more efficient? An independent study of Singhammer’s customer experience management shows: CRM can make a major contribution to the IT industry solution SITE.

In July 2018, Alinea Partners Consulting used a “pseudo-customer” to put customer experience with Singhammer to the test. The result: Singhammer provides “excellence in customer experience management,” for which it received a certificate. We think this good outcome is based partly on our business solution SITE, which helps processes mesh ideally.

In addition, we lay particular stress on a rigorous optimization of effectiveness and a thorough understanding of the customer journey. How this works is examined in detail in a technical article by Singhammer IT Consulting AG’s founder and the chairman of its supervisory board, Dr. Josef Böck.

Needless to say, we want to use the results of the study to grow still further. We want to find even better ways to exploit the potential of processes and workflows and thus create added value for the entire IT industry.
