Using templates and automation

With this Business Central extension, you can add personalized salutations, farewells and templates to your quote or order, such as terms and conditions, automatically and language-dependent, to create more appealing and informative documents and save resources.

Personal touch for customer documents

DYCE Happy Texts enables the individualization of quotes, orders and invoices through formatable long texts and individual pre- and post-texts for each customer. You can also add more detailed descriptions and images of the products in the document lines.

Texts without length restrictions

Write individual quotes, emphasize special details, refer to conversations you have had... The text modules are not limited in length.

Personal salutations and farewells

Strengthen the bond with your customers by making your sales documents more individual and appealing.

Any formatting options

You can use an editor to format the texts according to your requirements. Use different colors, font types and sizes, tables or bulleted lists to design your letter.

Integration of images

Add not only more detailed text, but also images of your products to visualize the quote or highlight details.
