The business software SITE lets you add defined workflows in documents (see Screenshot 1) in order to control the different procedures throughout a company in an optimal manner. The individual steps of any workflow can be set up in clever ways: preconditions for the next step can be checked (“Salesperson Code may not be empty”) or a certain step can trigger a follow-up action (“Send e-mail to Accounting”) – all automatically.

Each completed step is automatically added to Status History with the date and a user ID. Thus you can identify the bottlenecks in the process flow at a glance (in Screenshot 2, perhaps the 28 days of technical review in the red box) and determine processing times.
