New management duo at Singhammer

Roger Friederich will take over as CEO from Dr. Josef Böck, who is moving to the supervisory board as planned. He will take charge of the areas of finance, consulting, project development, support and back office. Friederich gained IT sector management experience as chief financial officer of NTT Com Security AG, among other positions. He came to Singhammer IT Consulting AG in 2013 and moved to the management board in 2015.

Ralf Faschinger will be responsible for sales, marketing and product on the management board starting from January 2016. He began as a consultant at Singhammer in 1998. In 2004 he moved to the sales department, which he led beginning in 2006. He joined the management board one year ago.

Friederich and Faschinger’s joint move into executive management is the next step in Dr. Böck’s planned succession. To ensure a smooth transition, Friederich, Faschinger and Böck have been managing Singhammer together since January 2015 and maintaining its growth trajectory.

Even after Dr. Böck withdraws from an operation role, Singhammer will retain its independence in that all corporate shares will remain in the hands of the management and employees.

Singhammer’s longtime CEO, Dr. Josef Böck, began his career in 1987 at what was then Singhammer Datentechnik GmbH, where he was managing director for services and finance until 1997. In 1998 he formed Singhammer IT Consulting AG, of which he was sole manager until 2014. Under his leadership the company emerged as the market leader in Microsoft Dynamics–based ERP systems for IT companies and grew from six to more than 40 employees. He will continue to bring his competence and experience to Singhammer as chairman of the supervisory board.
