Easy management for all recurring contract models
Singhammer has signed a license agreement with Microsoft to integrate Singhammer's subscription billing solution into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from October 2024. This integration enables transparent and flexible billing for all recurring contract models.
The new subscription billing module is based on the Singhammer apps "DYCE Subscription Recurring Billing" and "DYCE Usage Based Billing". Both apps are appreciated as a powerful duo for all recurring contract models and for consumption-based billing by Singhammer customers and partners in the IT industry alike. With the Singhammer app "DYCE Subscription Recurring Billing", all recurring contract models can be managed, such as service contracts, SaaS, subscriptions, IOT, and much more.

Automated processing of monthly usage data
The Singhammer app "DYCE Usage Based Billing" automates the import of variable usage data and generates recurring, usage-based invoices directly in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Subscription management automates and simplifies processes from quotation to monthly billing in purchasing, sales, and accounting.

Individual billing periods
With our DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing app, you can easily create individual and automated billing periods. Each total is divided into one-off and recurring settlements.

Automatic deferrals
In our DYCE app, the invoiced net invoice amounts are posted to deferral accounts on the balance sheet. An automated batch run then breaks these down by period and posts them to the profit and loss accounts in the income statement.
Recurring invoicing
This feature of DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing allows you to display a preview of all recurring billing that currently exists. This can then be filtered and displayed according to contract or customer level.

Combine individual components into a quote with the DYCE app for contract management. Each product package then has its own quantity, its own price and also its own discounts, if available.
Automatic calculation of notice periods
Cancellation periods are calculated automatically in the DYCE subscription management system. This allows you to see exactly whether notices of termination have been received on time. This allows you to react more quickly and easily.
Invoice preview
Display a preview of the upcoming invoices so that you can check them again before posting. With just a few clicks, you can print out individual invoices or the entire list.
Billing template
Digital contract management with DYCE means the provision of various billing templates. You can use the templates to easily invoice all your services for the current billing period.
