The challenge: growth requires standardization
M.IT Connect, one of the leading IT system integrators in northern Bavaria, worked for many years with a customized on-premise solution based on Navision.
The solution worked - but was highly individualized, maintenance-intensive and only scalable to a limited extent. Automation, consistent project logic and modern cloud capability were missing.

For a growing IT system integrator, the existing structure meant permanent additional work. A future-proof, scalable solution was therefore sought.

After evaluating various systems, M.IT Connect opted for Singhammer's DYCE Suites based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Two DYCE suites were introduced at M.IT Connect:
DYCEProfessional Services Suite Pro as a powerful all-round solution for project management, and DYCE for IT Resellers for efficient hardware and service management. In addition, ITscope has been connected to DYCE via an interface so that product data, prices and availability can be called up in real time. An add-on that is particularly appreciated by system integrators.
The workshops with Singhammer started in April 2025, and the go-live took place as planned on January 1, 2026.
