What are the benefits of switching from on-premise to the cloud?

No high investment in hardware and lower maintenance costs.

Access to AI-supported functions

Modern AI features for process optimization are usually only available in the cloud.

Significantly shorter implementation times than on-premise systems.

Location-independent access

Work from anywhere with Internet access.

You have two options

Would you like to move an existing SITE on-premise solution to the cloud?

    New introduction

You have the option of setting up the system from scratch, unencumbered by old data and obsolete equipment. However, this means a great deal of work for our customers, who are responsible for data preparation, exports and imports. There is a need for manual sifting, the creation of new articles for services and contractual services as well as a high testing effort. The time and personnel required on the customer side for this process is often underestimated.

    Transition packs

This option is all about taking as much data as possible to the cloud. To do this, we put together data packages for you that are to be transferred to selected DYCE apps. This allows you to transfer as much as possible of the key facilities from your legacy system, accounting data, master data and stock levels.
    We call this process"SITE2DYCE".

There are advantages and disadvantages for both project variants. Talk to us about your individual requirements! We will give you honest and competent advice and always try to find good answers to all your questions!

How it all began...
SITE: Our all-in-one on-premise solution

We have been building up our expert knowledge in the IT sector for over 25 years. Our most important milestone on this path is our ERP solution SITE - developed to meet the complex requirements of IT companies.
The know-how and experience from our all-in-one product SITE have been incorporated into the cloud-based DYCE apps, which today form the basis of our best-of-breed solution.

FAQ: The most frequently asked questions from SITE customers

Is DYCE simply a SITE version in the cloud?

No. The important thing is that you don't expect everything to work and look the same when you switch to DYCE. Dynamics 365 Business Central + DYCE is not the same as SITE, just in the cloud. The experience gained from over 25 years of SITE has been incorporated and further developed in our DYCE apps. That's why DYCE is similar in many ways, but not completely identical to SITE.

A certain familiarization and transition period should be planned for both possible routes to the cloud (new setup and transition packs).

  • Business Central SITE2019: Support bereits abgelaufen
