Part-time: 20 hours
Location: Neuried near Munich

This is your mission

  • Facility management: You keep an eye on contracts with our service providers and ensure that all office equipment functions optimally. You monitor maintenance and servicing and ensure that the office is always in top condition.
  • Organizational talent: Travel planning and booking or handling company cell phones - you keep track of everything, juggle these tasks effortlessly and keep an eye on costs.
  • Accounting: company credit card, travel expenses or cash register - you make your way through the jungle of receipts, ensure smooth processing and are the interface to our accounting department.
  • Purchasing: office supplies, drinks, cleaning materials and everything we need in the office - you always keep an eye on the stock and make sure you get supplies in good time.
  • Event planning: Summer party, Christmas party & Co. - with your planning and organization, our company events become real highlights and are never boring.
  • Head office: As the company's figurehead, you like to be in the office and make a professional first impression. You handle phone calls and emails with linguistic aplomb.
  • Responsibility: Whether small or large projects, you see where support is needed and proactively offer your help.

  • Completed training
  • Several years of professional experience as an assistant or office manager in a medium-sized company
  • Microsoft Office tools are part of your everyday working life
  • You speak fluent German and good English
  • Ability to think outside the box and understand complex interrelationships
  • Enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge and experience
  • You work in a structured, analytical, proactive and independent manner
