This position is for a part-time position with 20 hours per week.
This is your mission
- Financial accounting: You have the monthly and year-end preparations as well as general ledger and subledger reconciliations under control.
- Financial accounting: You are familiar with provisions, assets and VAT issues.
- Financial accounting: With your passion for new things, you will help us to streamline and automate our accounting processes.
- Payroll accounting: You prepare the monthly payroll for the tax consultant and oversee the reconciliation with insurance providers.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable: Together with a colleague, you will post incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Miscellaneous: You are open and curious about other tasks, e.g. in the area of personnel administration.
We look forward to this
- At least three years of experience in managing a complete accounting department, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, general ledgers and sub-ledgers
- Ideally knowledge of posting with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics Business Central or accounting in another integrated ERP system
- Process improvements are important to you and you enjoy them
