Integration into Microsoft system environment

We use Microsoft technology wherever possible and practical. In our projects we rely on software including MS SQL Server, MS Office, Outlook, MS Exchange Server, MS Sharepoint Server and MS Terminal Server.

Travel expense accounting

SITE integrates the Microsoft Dynamics NAV travel expense accounting of Comsol AG based in Frankfurt.

Payroll

We use payroll software developed by Lessor and Haveldata for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Document management

Navision interfaces exist for many market-leading archiving and document management systems. We most often work with Easy Archiv and d.3 von d.velop.

Business intelligence

Data can be analyzed in reports within Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The user who prefers Microsoft Excel can utilize either the standardized Navision-Excel interfaces or our SITE Excel Pivot Generator. Many business intelligence providers offer professional solutions with interfaces to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SITE, including our customer Cubeware.

Electronic signature

If you want to send electronic invoices, you need documents with digital signatures. We use products by Ximantix. Their product PDF Faktura meets all criteria for showing input tax as required by law.

Lotus Notes interface for CRM and Mail

Products by Intograte are used to interface Microsoft Dynamics NAV with Lotus Notes.

PDF printing on letter paper

Broadgun PDF Writer is used for PDF documents on letter paper generated from Microsoft Dynamics NAV. We also use the product to create invoices as PDF files with a digital signature.
