Singhammer IT Consulting AG is expanding in Europe

 

Continuing its vigorous growth, the software company Singhammer IT Consulting is expanding into Italy. Being in the customer’s immediate area and being able to provide hands-on attention will ensure the highest quality in consulting, in implementing the ERP solution and in support and service. 

Munich, 20 February 2008. The IT software and consulting company Singhammer IT Consulting AG is opening a branch in Italy, thus keeping abreast of favorable developments in recent years. The new Italian branch is being created in cooperation with Systems KG, currently Singhammer’s partner in Bolzano. The Singhammer Italia GmbH branch office will be managed by Gustav Rechenmacher, who is also the managing director of Systems KG, and Josef G. Böck, CEO of the German parent company. As experienced managers, the two will be responsible for developing the branch and will jointly establish and expand the Italian location.

Creating customer proximity Along with the two managing directors, three additional employees will serve existing and future customers, providing the usual high service quality as well as comprehensive technical and business-management know-how to ensure customer satisfaction. Singhammer is already seeking sales representatives to move forward with marketing the solution in Northern Italy—the beginning of a gradual expansion of the branch. ―Being nearby will let us strengthen customer relationships. Companies in Northern Italy already value the quality of our work, and we very much look forward to working even more closely with these companies when we are there,‖ explains Josef Böck, CEO of Singhammer IT Consulting AG. Other countries such as the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Great Britain are covered by distribution partners.

Growing market for SITE in Italy Expanding the company in Europe will allow Singhammer’s CEO Josef Böck to meet the demands of the market: ―In the past two years we’ve had a definite increase in demand in Italy. To deal with this growing market, we’d like to be available to our customers with service and on-site support—to tap this potential with a sales and support team.‖ Singhammer will be strongly supported by Microsoft in attracting new customers. The SITE solution, which was developed for IT enterprises, is now also ―Certified for Dynamics.‖ This certification is Microsoft’s assurance that the industry-specific solution has been tested, that it is 100% Microsoft Dynamics–compatible and that it meets all Microsoft quality standards. Singhammer has been offering an Italian version of the ERP solution SITE for three years. Singhammer Italia will also take over from the current localization partner in localizing future SITE versions for Italy.

Tapping the potential The existing implementation partner in Milan, Observing, will also benefit from the support of Singhammer Italia. The company has local contacts; it can count on additional support, and thus it will be able to tap the existing potential even better than before. In addition, the new team in Italy will make more resources available for joint international SITE projects.
